Duties & Responsibilites:

- Lead a team of painters and oversee all painting projects

- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks

- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results based on color theory

- Caulk gaps and cracks to ensure a smooth and seamless finish

- Perform concrete finishing tasks as needed

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine painting requirements

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively

```Requirements```

- Proven experience as a painter.

-Experience with 2nd Story Paint Projects, Scaffolding & Tall Ladders

- Knowledge of Paint Sprayers and use of efficent tools.

- Proficiency in caulking, concrete finishing, basic math, and other relevant skills

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality workmanship

- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and communicate with clients or project managers

- Ability to use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively

Pay: $22.50 - $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
